Q. Does Aroma STAT shipping overseas?

Aroma STAT offers local shipping only at the moment.

Q: How long is the dispatch time?

A: Aroma STAT takes 3-5 working days to process and dispatch the order with successful payment.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

A:  Aroma STAT offers free shipping on single order over or equal to HK$ 500.  HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below net purchase of HK$500.  Shipping will be arranged through SF Express (順豐速運).

Q: What if I get an incorrect item or damaged item?

A: We kindly invite you to reach out to us via email at info@aromastathk.com within 3 days of receipt so that we can assist you throughout the process. Please state the reason and attach relevant photos if possible.
